CHILD NUTRITION SURVEY / ENCUESTA DE NUTRICIÓN INFANTIL

Child Nutrition Survey

Please review the requirements for school meals from the Healthy Hungry Free Kids Act. This federally funded program provides strict guidelines in regards to calories, sodium and types of foods that are provided to students at school meals. Following these guidelines promote nutritional health for your students and help to combat childhood obesity. Please review the links provided in order to become more informed as to what is being served to your students at school.

 

Now, please take the time to fill out the survey, by choosing the school your student attends, with your student. We will be reviewing all responses. Thank you.

Por favor revise los requisitos para las comidas escolares de Healthy Hungry Free Kids Act.  Este programa financiado por el gobierno federal proporciona guías estrictas en cuanto a calorías, sodio y tipos de alimentos que se proporcionan a los estudiantes en las comidas escolares. Siguiendo estas guías va a promover la salud nutricional de los estudiantes y ayudar a combatir la obesidad infantil.
