National School Lunch Program Application Information
If you were approved for free or reduced lunch during the 2011/2012 school year, your child/ren’s status will be the same ONLY for the first 30 days of the new school year. Please make sure you fill out completely the new application being sent home to you from your child/ren’s school and return it to a school when the office reopens. List all children and their schools on 1 application. If you do not receive one you may pick one up at the office. To avoid any delays in processing, please remember the following:
Only ONE application per residence. List ALL children living in the household (in school or not). You do NOT have to fill out another application if you have children at different schools. List them all on 1 application.
List ALL adults living in the home and their GROSS monthly income per individual.
Income shown on application must be from August 2012 or later.
If you qualify based on any assistance you receive you MUST provide the CASE #. Simply writing, “YES” will delay processing.

Breakfast is served every morning before school from 7:00 a.m to 7:45 a.m. in the Cougar Corner. During brunch service, breakfast is served in the Cougar Café, Cougar Court, and Cougar Corner. Breakfast includes fruit, milk and a choice of a hot entree or cold cereal.
To purchase food on campus, each student MUST have their student identification card. One identification card will be provided free of charge to all students. The cost of the replacement card is the responsibility of the student.
