First Steps
So youre having a technology problem that you need to get help with? Before you submit a work order, try these simple steps.
- Check the connections. Sometimes, things get loose and just need to be plugged back in. Most importantly, make sure your power and network connections are plugged in.
- Restart your computer. More often than not simply restarting your machine will fix your problem.
- Ask a coworker. Your neighbor teacher may have had a similar problem, see if they can offer you any advice.
