Request to Distribute Information to Schools
Organizations wishing to distribute flyers to schools must complete a “Request to Distribute Information to Schools” form. All information being requested for distribution to students must be in English and Spanish per California Education Code 48985. To submit the request, fax or email the request form along with the flyer or information to be distributed to 510-818-4212 or mdinsmore@nusd.k12.ca.us
All approved flyers or information must be bundled per class, per grade level, per school according to the distribution list found below. Each school bundle must have the signed and approved form attached for the school office to complete the distribution. Your organization may drop the bundles off at the individual school or they may drop all the bundles at the district office for distribution to school sites through our inter-district mail.

Please divide flyers into bundles of 33 for the number of classrooms indicated per site. If you are targeting certain grade levels, contact Miranda Dinsmore (contact info above) for the number of classes per school at those grade levels.
Our office staff will not count them out for you.
The bundles must be ready for distribution to the class mailboxes.
Flyers for the secondary schools are not distributed to individual students; they are made available for interested people.
